What is CTD Multi-Specialty Network?

Connect the Docs Multi Specialty Network (MSN) is a professional corporation formed using the Independent Physician Association (IPA) model
 
The Network was established to enable collaboration amongst independent physician practices in order to improve quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness. As a physician group, the MSN is responsible for establish and advancing strategic initiatives which address the shared objectives of its members. Currently, these initiatives include, strategic marketing programs, exploration of ER Call Coverage solutions, collaboration with other regional IPAs, building ownership opportunities, and coordination of discounted malpractice, purchasing and business development programs. Membership is available to physicians that meet basic eligibility requirements and support the mission of the MSN.

In order to become a member, physicians must purchase one share of stock for $500 and pay annual membership dues of $500.
