Connect the Docs is comprised of two organizations; Connect the Docs Multi-Specialty Network, Inc. and Connect the Docs Medical Management, LLC. Together these organizations make CTD the perfect resource for all of patients’ and physicians’ needs.
CTD Multi-Specialty Network
Connect the Docs Multi-Specialty Network (MSN) is a professional corporation formed using the Independent Physician Association (IPA) model.
The Network was established to enable collaboration amongst independent physician practices in order to improve quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness. As a physician group, the MSN is responsible for establishing and advancing strategic initiatives which address the shared objectives of its members. Currently, these initiatives include our Care Coordinator Program, Cirrus Connect, Electronic Medical Record Support, Negotiated Member Discounts, 2014 Readiness Planning, Education & Networking, and Credentialing services. Membership is available to physicians that meet basic eligibility requirements and support the mission of the MSN.

Connect the Docs Medical Management LLC is a limited liability corporation that is structured as a Management Services Organization (MSO). It is a for-profit comprehensive medical practice service provider. Thomas C. Dawson serves as the CEO and it is a management and physician owned company.
This service organization was started in order to reduce medical practice overhead, improve quality and to allow physicians to become part owners of a profitable venture that provides services that they routinely use in their medical practice.
