The Care Coordinator Program
The Care Coordinator program is a collaborative service, which simplifies the referral process and provides enhanced patient care and satisfaction. It offers customers a centralized service providing “one stop” support for insurance pre-authorization, registration, scheduling assistance, and customer service. Care Coordinator is comprised of a team of experts who ensure all referrals are processed correctly, expeditiously, and 100% worry free. Patients receive a personal Care Coordinator who assist them in navigating the medical pathways associated with healthcare. It is a system of checks and balances allowing for higher authorization rates, clean information flow, and full traceability. Through the use of patient satisfaction surveys we are also able to provide feedback to our customers about their patients experiences and their overall satisfaction levels.
